Mollie Matthews

Mollie Matthews, CPO
American Board Certified Prosthetist Orthotist
Martha "Mollie" Matthews is a graduate of Lees-McRae College in the Appalachian Mountains of North Carolina. She completed advanced training in orthotics and prosthetics through the Newington Certificate Program, followed by a two-year residency with clinical experience in Atlanta and Charlotte. She is board certified in orthotics and prosthetics.
Mollie has spent her career working in North Carolina alongside physicians, physical therapists, and occupational therapists. She has taught prosthetic and orthotic care to rising physical therapy students at Wingate University and is frequently consulted by medical professionals for her expertise in prosthetic technology. She also provides continuing education for the local medical community.

Mollie is committed to staying current with ongoing advancements in prosthetic and orthotic technology. She continually expands her knowledge through advanced education and hands-on training to ensure patients receive thoughtful, modern, and effective care. Her advanced training and clinical expertise include:

Certified Orthotist
Scott Meyer, CO, has dedicated 36 years to the field of orthotics and prosthetics, helping patients improve their mobility, comfort, and quality of life. Throughout his career, he has been committed to providing skilled, compassionate care and crafting orthotic and prosthetic solutions tailored to each individual's needs.
Scott is married to his wife, Julie. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, especially boating on Lake Norman.

Administrative Assistant
Laurie has been a valued member of the orthotics and prosthetics profession for over 10 years and truly loves caring for patients. She understands that visiting an O&P office can sometimes feel overwhelming, so she strives to make every patient feel comfortable, welcomed, and at ease from the moment they arrive.
As the friendly face at the front desk, Laurie enjoys getting to know each patient and helping create a positive experience throughout their care. Her compassionate personality, attention to detail, and genuine love for helping others make her an important part of the Renewed Mobility team.
Outside the office, Laurie treasures spending time with her family. She loves being a wife, a mom, and especially a proud Nana to her grandson, Sebastian. In her free time, you'll often find her traveling, antiquing, or exploring new places and discovering hidden gems along the way.
